Summer weather, which can be very sticky, in every area of the world. Recently, on Instagram stories, I’ve been seeing some questions from you guys, and it turns out our air conditioning went out, so you could say I’ve been scouring my closet for the most fabulous and cool outfit ideas for summer I have available!
(Don’t worry, cross your fingers and hope that a repairer can come out tomorrow.)
Cool Outfit Ideas For Summer Season
In any case, here are some of my favorite summertime outfits. Fortunately, if your AC breaks, you will not need to rely on them as much as I do right now.
A bright, bouncy maxi
This is one of my favorite outfit ideas for summer is maxi dresses. It was on when I went to Neal’s family’s Father’s Day BBQ yesterday. Overall, I like the buttons, print, and color, but I like the little button detail down the front. As much as I love maxi dresses, it’s fantastic that you can replace your footwear by going from a dressy look to a casual one.
Some of my other favorite yellow maxis are also linked in this post.
Off-The-Shoulder Breezy Design
This dress has a breezy, off-the-shoulder design. Off-the-shoulder dresses are the most comfortable outfit ideas, but they look more fashionable and polished! Styles such as “loose, short” that “feel like you’re wearing nothing” are definitely my favorites. Extra points if you wear a boater hat while you’re wearing yours.
A striped T-shirt dress and high-heeled sandals
I am in love with this striped dress—it is my favorite outfit ideas, and I wear it everywhere all year long. Because it’s loose, it provides excellent ventilation? It’s also not too short, so I can relax a little about the wind while I’m out!
Even girls need a few striped dresses in their wardrobe, as they are highly versatile and can be worn about anywhere.
Rompers with eyelets
This eyelet romper says ideal outfit ideas for summer are here! Nothing says it like white eyelet and rompers. Wear classic comfy wedges, and you can transition seamlessly from the day to the night in five seconds.
Bold fashion: CLASSIC SNEAKS & SHORTS
When I was a kid, I always wore white sneakers and knee-length shorts. Thankfully, things have improved dramatically, and they’re just as classically elegant as ever! Choosing this top will balance out the tomboy elements and add just the right amount of femininity.
A ONE-SHOULDER TIE-FRONT ROMPER
Some fabrics scream summer to me, including seersucker. The tie-front trend has recently grown on me, and I can’t get enough of it. But it’s also one of the “coolest outfits” you can buy–and that little cutout makes a huge difference! These foldable rose gold sunglasses are perfect for travel because they’re tiny enough to fit in a pocket! Sadly, I also discovered these identical twins (who can’t be folded, unfortunately) for a bargain.
CLASSIC STRIPED TEE + JEAN SHORTS:
Just the two of us now. Typically, I can be found wearing an outfit ideas like this during the week. The truth is, right now, I’m wearing the exact outfit I’m describing as I type this.
Neatly coiffed with a cool topknot
I wear this gauzy top often, and I like it a lot. It is such a lightweight fabric that it barely feels like anything is there. I will go with a more minimal face makeup approach for the summer, only applying red lipstick to my lips.
